At Planningmyquince, we want your celebration to be perfect, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made gowns and personalized accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of any marks or odors.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
